Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange:
Products purchased from The Prodesk can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if:
- The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item does not match the specifications or is different from what was ordered.
Eligibility for Exchange:
Sale items and certain other products cannot be exchanged or returned. Additionally, we cannot support returns or exchanges in cases where:
- The exchange request is made after the 3-day period.
- The product has been used or damaged post-delivery.
- The product or packaging has been tampered with, or original labels, tags, or accessories are missing.
- Multi-item packs are opened, as they cannot be returned or exchanged partially.
All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
