Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:

Products purchased from The Prodesk can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if:

  • The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item does not match the specifications or is different from what was ordered.

Eligibility for Exchange:

Sale items and certain other products cannot be exchanged or returned. Additionally, we cannot support returns or exchanges in cases where:

  • The exchange request is made after the 3-day period.
  • The product has been used or damaged post-delivery.
  • The product or packaging has been tampered with, or original labels, tags, or accessories are missing.
  • Multi-item packs are opened, as they cannot be returned or exchanged partially.
  • If you wish to request a refund, an inspection will be conducted once we receive the returned product. Please note that a service/processing fee of Rs. 300 will be deducted from the total refund amount. The remaining balance will be transferred to your account within 2–3 business days.
  • Customers are responsible for paying all courier charges when sending a parcel back for a return.

All items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
